There are some mods that alter that level cap on Master Trainers specifically or ones that add trainers that have the training level cap set to 100 instead of 90.
The trainers are ::
Speech : Ned at the Genral Store
Alchemy: Diana the Alchemist usually found outside during busniess hours or in her room after.
Archery : Ra'Sinner the Kajiit archer store owner
Enchanting : Marick the Grey the Enchanter supply store
Destruction Magic :Savanna a Dwemer scholar living at the inn
Smithing : Bastian the smith working the forge
2 Handed: Olive the weapons & armor store merchant
And since they all are merchants, you can sell stuff back to them to recoup the gold spent on training. The Speech Perk "Merchant" is very handy for this as it allows you to sell any item to any merchant.
