Uhm, there isn't a fat setting, its either Skelletor or Mr Universe or something in between. thats yer lot. hm, i think theres a mod out there that allows for a more plump body figure, can't name it off the top of me head though. :/ and whats this about that maximum body weight being one? it should be a range from 1 to 100. 1 being the skinny setting. ...mod conflict perhaps?? :/

1-make a backup save just incase this may screw up your progress and whatever,
2- use this console command

setnpcweight 100

pick the number you want.

Use Bodyslide and Outfit Studio to make body You want.

Google it, google guides for it and how to apply it(warning tho, NUDITY).

Did You tried to search body presets on nexus? There are plenty and someone may have done what You're looking for.

I do not recommend to install it manually. Download Mod Organizer and it will do everything for You. After installing both You can simply copy/paste whole folder if You wish to not use any mod organizing programs.
