Mod for fixing infinite enemy stamina?

So basically enemies using melee weapons have infinite stamina, because they can chase me and just spam power attacks, and i have to do a little bit of damage run away, heal, come back, and repeat. Its so annoying, is there a mod to make their stanima limited?

Just use a frost spell to drain their stamina and slow them down. An that's in the vanilla game.. no need for a mod.

Im level 15, i do have that one bandit mod though, thats like 1.5 gb and adds a ton of bandits to the game. The reason this is a problem is because of the bandit chiefs, which have a rediculous amount of health, and they usually team up with a mage and another dude, making the fight last forever.

15 is waay too low,
reminder that the normal bandits level up with you to a certin point & sometime overlevel's you in term of status,
Bandit Plunderer=lv 19=170 stamena
Bandit Marauder=lv 25=245 stamena
Bandit Chief=lv 28=260 stamena

just grind your way to level 30 and gear up with the best equipments,
or if your lazy---->set the difficelty to easy.

Bandit Marauder=lv 25
Bandit Chief=lv 28.

the banditt chief you meet at lvl 15 are not lvl 25 though

i didn't know this :/,
everytime i run to them, they tend to over level me early in the game,
im probebly using a mod then.

they only become lvl 28 once you get around lvl 22-25 (which is their lvl cap BTW)
