However, these are mostly for Named potions (Elixir of Strength, etc). If you edit the Magic Effect directly (Magic>Magic Effects) you can adjust the base effect attributes, although it appears the Duration for potions you can make in-game may be hard-coded and un-editable.
One of the things I've always hated about the Enchanting potions you can make is they only last for 30 seconds, even if they're souped-up from the Restoration Loop. Named potions like Enchanter's Elixir all have a 60-second duration in the CK, but ones you can make max out at 30 seconds.
It looks like you'd have to figure out which potions you'd want in-game, and either make a bunch of them in the CK (load them into a respawning chest?) so they were there from the start, or create a new recipe and a new potion where you set the Duration.
I have found this mod very handy for making enchanting potions. It gives you 120 seconds of enchanting time and a 100% (i.e. doubles) your enchant percent based on skill level and perks. For Example: If you would have normally enchanted say fire damage of 20 points on a sword, with this in effect it becomes 40 points of damage. I can easily enchant 2, 3 or 4 items with each potion which does save on making the potions to start with.

First I check my list of enchantables in my inventory at the enchanting table. Then I clear out all the stuff that is cluttering up the selection list. THEN I drink one of the potions and quickly enchant (and rename the item if desired) and move to another item. Watch to make sure your potion hasn't run out if you are taking a bit of time to decide what enchantment(s) you are putting on the items... decide what you want on it BEFORE starting the process and you can enchant more items per potion. Then go on your treasure hunting way to find more garnet and rubies to make more potions for future enchanting.
