Who Else Hates "Touching The Sky"
Okay Now Before You Lore Masters Say "nO iT's sHoWiNg Us ThE sNoW eLvEs HiStOrY!" I Understand But Its Basically A Dragged On Annoying And Very Tedious Quest, So Like Most People Ill Break It Down For You All To Understand.

Ok To Start Things Off The Entire Feel Of The Quest, Unlike The Main Quest Where We Felt Obligated To Save Tamriel And Be The Heroic ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ We Can And Will Be, The Touching The Sky Quest Feels More Like A Strole Through A Forgotten World. Yes I Know There Are Paragon's That Let You Access Hidden Places, Yipee But Tbh Who Actually Honest To God Looks For The Paragon's? In ALL THE TIMES I Play Through The Dawnguard DLC I Never Once Saw A Frost Giant.

Next On We Have The Story Itself, We Have "Beyond Death" Where You Go Into A Plane Unlike Sovengarde In The Main Game And Unlike Apocrypha In Dragonborn Instead We Have A Plane Where All The People Who Were Soul Trapped Go And We Must Go To Serana's Mother And Kill Keepers To Set Her Free, Finally We Must Slay The Dragon Durnehviir And Retrieve The Elderscroll Of Blood And If You Havent Become A Vampire You Would Need To Retrieve Your Soul Gem And Escape Back To Tamriel. Now What About The Story In "Touching The Sky" Well Let Me Put It Like This. "You Meet A Snow Elf And Learn That His Evil Brother Is In Possession Of Auriel's Bow, The Weapon That Can Put An End To Harkon Or Begin The Tyranny Of The Sun. You Must Travel Through The Path A Snow Elf Takes Towards Enlightement. Only To Find Out His Brother Is A VAMPIRE (DUN DUN DUUUUNNNN) And You Fight Him And Obtain The Bow." Yeah That Was Me TRYING To Make It Seem Good But You Know What Its 80% Walking 10% Wayshrine And 10% Action.

Second To Last Is The Side Quests, Yeah I Know Side Quests Are Usually What You Do Last But Who Here Did Not Do Either "Impatience Of A Saint" Or "Find Arvak's Skull" While You Were Wandering Through The Soul Cairn Meanwhile The ONLY ♥♥♥♥ING SIDEQUEST FOR "Touching The Sky" Is "Ancient Falmer Toems" Yep Nothing Like Following A Undead Horse Through A Dark Desolate Wasteland But Finding Books, And Before Your Say "uMmM aCtUaLlY "iMpAtIeNcE oF a SaInT" hAs YoU fInD pAgEs, LoLoLoL tAkE tHaT" Yes But Atleast That Isnt The ONLY Quest!

And Finally We Have The Bosses. Now We All Know Some Of The Bosses Right? Well We Who Bought Both DLC's (I Dont Consider Hearthfire A DLC As Its More Of A "Build Your Own Home" Expansion) We Can Name The Main Three Alduin, Harkon, And Miraak. Yeah But Thats Why We Have Mini Bosses To Give Us A Challenge In Solstheim We Have Karstaag And Vahlok The Jailor In Dawnguard We Have The Reaper, The Frost Giants, And Vyrthur. While I Will Admit That The Reaper Is Awesome, The Frost Giants Arent Really Bosses And Gelebor Is Well, He Can Be One Shot Im Not Joking He Can Be One Shot. WHAT THE ♥♥♥♥ BETHESDA?! Okay Yes I Know Bosses Cant Be Overpowered As ♥♥♥♥ But Shesh Compared To The Reaper Who You Need To TRY You Just Need To Wait For Serana To Have Her "Im Not Going To Give You My Blood" Thing And Fus Ro Dah Him Off The Tower To His Inevitable Death. And Yes I Know You Cant Get The Ancient Falmer Armor Then But Once Your Finished With The ♥♥♥♥ing Quest And All The ♥♥♥♥ You Went Through You Would Want Him Gone As Soon As Possible. I EVEN DID IT ON MY FIRST TRY! I Just Fus Ro Dah The ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Off The Tower And Got The Bow From His Brother Who I Dont Give A Flying ♥♥♥♥ About Anyways. And Its Not Like Its Easy For The Next Vampire Harkon I Mean You Need To Use The Bow To Destroy The Bubble And Slay Him Once The Bubble Is Gone. A Perfect But Simple Strategy To Swap Weapons.

In Conclusion This Is Why I Hate "Touching The Sky" Its Honestly A Tedious, Meaningless, Easy Quest Without Any Entertainmetn In The Middle. Now Call Me A "False Fan" Cause I Dont Care About The Quest. But We All Have That One Part We Hate In Skyrim But Hey Thats My Opinion And You Cant Punish Me For It.

I'm sorry, but it's incredibly hard to read this when every first letter is capitalized.

I agree, this is impossible to read.
But reading the title, I too hate the quest.

Don't mind if I do. What the hell are the Blades even for? You get nothing from them. They just waste my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Time. I am sorry they are out of a job but seriously #($* them. I wish I can just remove them entirely from the game. I can read books too and FFS I found the temple long before I met them but since I couldn't (and I say this sarcastically) figure out the blood thing (Sarcastically because I through the first time I saw it, That looks like I need to put some liquid there....and there are only 2 options (I have a mod, so .......Last playthrough I play stupid and pissed on it). Because at no time would I have though to try blood (still Sarcasm)))).

I hate the blades. I hate their whole BS. And I still say Jaufree in Oblivion was a traitor and cultist. Oh heres the only thing keeping the daedra at bay.....let me just leave it in a chest somewhere......what? What's the worst that can happen.

Gods save me from Stupid people.

All right I am done. Think #3 is up next. Calling Number 3. Bring your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to the counter.
