HELP! Recruiting Gunmar Bug Quest :(

What can I do, If I killed the bear on PinePeak Cavern?. Before I accept the quest from Gunmar

The cave should reset itself after a while as long as you stay out of it. However you could try going there anyway and see what happens. Just make a hard save before doing so. That way if you can't do the quest you can reload and just wait until the reset happens.

Do you know how much time pass to reset it?

It will either be 10 or 30 days, depending upon whether it is marked as cleared, or not
