Frost Spellblade Build

I'm going to make a full frost build on Skyrim and was wandering if I was missing anything that could make this build even better.
Race: Nord (50% frost resist)
Spells: Everything with frost damage
Armor: Dukaan (50% frost resist, 25% frost spell damage) everything else is full heavy stalhrim
Weapons: Stalhrim sword with frost enchant (frost enchants on stahlrim double the effect)
Shouts: Frost Breath
Key Perks: Augmented Frost, Deep Freeze

I mean nightingale armor has a frost resistance too, don't know if that can fit with your build tho :/ to me it seems that the build is good.
