SOLVED Chunk Issues in world terrain
Hey all,

I have an issue I have never come across with this game and I am hoping someone here will be able to provide some help.

I am playing with roughly 45 mods and all DLC is installed. The area near Falkreath where the player is able to build a house has a large chunk loading issue (Images provided) I have not seen this happen anywhere else in this world and I am roughly +30 hours into this playthrough... Anyone able to shed some light on what I should be doing to combat this issue?

Thanks in advance!

I seem to recall one of the grass mod patches caused that for me around there.

Could likely be a load order issue. Post your LOOT sorted load order. To post your load order, just click on the 3 verticle dots in the upper right corner of LOOT screen, click on copy load order from the drop-down menu, and then paste.

smr, Avrie mentioned earlier that one of the mods for grass or trees was causing this and he tossed it. Can't remember which one. Might ask him to weigh in.
Avrie Jun 27, 2018 @ 5:15am
That generally happens if you load your grass mod "after" any terrain altering mods. Make sure you load Verdant, SFO or any other grass mod before any mods that alter the location. The classic example would be the Arthmoor towns ... if Darkwater crossing loads before Verdant you gat all sorts of holes in the world.

Bingo. That's what I remembered. Well, vaguely. LOL

Currently just woken up so once I have gotten myself sorted I will post if I found the grass mod causing it. I am going to have to turn off about 3-4 landscape mods and narrow it down. Thanks everyone, appreciate it.

@Arvie I though legendary towns may have been causing it but when I uninstalled it and reloaded the issue was still there 😕

You dont need to turn them off, make sure that they load in correct order as said before in the tread.
And post your loadorder before you starts to mess around.

Ok I finally managed to get some spare time and get the load order copied.

SOLVED... It was a Grass Mod conflict between Skyrim Floral Overhaul, Enhanced Landscapes and HearthFire... I had someone from the nexus help me. Thanks anyway guys :caster_happy::caster_happy:

We could have told you that here to. But all are not here all the time.

SFO is one great mod but must be installed correct.

As I can se you have the addon for Dragonborn SFO before its master.
You have 2 mods that alters textures on the roads.

For this one.
Enhanced Landscapes - Grass.esp
You also must have this one.
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59721/?

For Enhanced Landscapes you should use Trees from SFO so SFO must load and be installed after.
So they do not conflict they work in tandem but must be installed in proper order.
Where Heartfire comes in I simply dont understand it is one master and must be there.

it's because hearthfire edits the land height in that cell

it's well-documented that the hearthfire home plots don't co-operate with grass and other landscape mods, including enhanced landscapes - both the main and the grass plugins

and because hearthfire is a master, you can't exactly load it under... anything, hence why specific patches are needed for those plots when used alongside mods that edit the landscape in that cell

it's also not a secret that ace hasn't ironed out the kinks in enhanced landscapes, and likely never will given just how much it encroaches on the worldspace

It is not Heartfire that dont work it is bad mods, that needs to be updated. Or getting patched.
Heartfire adds stuff to the game, and blaming it for stuff that the developer have added, that is stupid.
If the mod dont work whit base game, then it is the mod that is wrong and needs to be worked on.
