- Lydia's home is Dragonsreach, if you haven't bought Breezehome.
- Lydia returns to Breezehome, if you have bought it.
- If you have assigned her to Hearthfire house, then she will return there instead.

The first will take you to where she is (I would then reload your save and go find her). The second will teleport her from wherever she is to where you are. Both are reasonably safe to use, provided you have a hard save to revert to if anything weird happens (like sometimes the first one will take you to an inaccessible cell, or somewhere high above ground, from where you fall to your doom...) but tbh I would probably use the first to locate her, reload to before using it, and then go track her down, assuming she's somewhere you can get to.
(You may also discover her corpse this way, so...)

download display model and lock lydia up in chains in your home, that way she cant escape! lol
