Raldbthar Deep Market Glitch?

I've gotten to the part of Raldbthar Deep Market where you have to dislodge some bones from the gears, but I can't seem to be able to dislodge them. The prompt to press E to dislodge them doesn't show up and whenever I do, they don't dislodge. Anyone got any ideas?

Is it your first visit to the Raldbthar dungeon?
and are the bones still in the rotating gears?
Are you on the quest Lost to the ages? ... that may be needed to make the gears work properly

I ask as the UESP usually has all answers you may want to know about glitches. Where they do say you could use TCL to clip through the bridge to continue.

I'd still recommend reload a previous save after restarting your computer and replay the dungeon if you haven't been in it before. As it's better to play the game and enjoy it than using console fixes if you can help it
