Letter from Camilla Valerius

TLDR: I killed a thief and Camilla Valerius sent me a letter to call on her, but when i talk she just thanks me for bringing back the claw.


When i entered Sveni and Hilda's house (Riverwood), there was a thief running around. I killed him and then left the house. Then the courier came and gave me a letter from Camilla, It says
"Khaaytil (Dragonborn),
I'm aware of your recent assault on Thief. Rest assured I have no interest in that particular matter. I do, however, have an interest in your willingness to employ force when the need arises.

If you are able to assist me, I will gladly pay you for your troubles.

Next time you are visiting on Riverwood, please call on me

Sincerely,"

When i speak to her, she just thanks me for getting back the claw. I searched in wiki but there is no such thing called "Letter from Camilla Valerius"

according to wiki:
you have to drop the letter and pick it up again to start the quest. just reading it wojt start the quest
