PC requirements for mods
I recently got a new GPU (1060 6GB) so I decided to get into Skyrim again, but will heavily mod it in terms of both gameplay and graphics. My question is: can I do it? (With ENB and stuff), I'm not really experienced with these. Should I mod the original Skyrim or the SE one?

I just want stable 60fps with realistic lighting and texture, nothing eye-melting, but of course if it's possible to push it to photo realism then I will.

Also, same question if it's a 1050 Ti and 16GB of RAM (instead of 8GB for the one above), how would it perform?

I have a toaster that shouldnt be able to run this game period. Yet it works fine with 200+ mods. (When i say toaster , you say bread)
You'll be fine :D Test it out , just keep updating a folder with what i call "Master Saves"

Depends on the amount and type of mods you install. Unless you have a top of the line graphics card and 8GB of RAM or more, your PC, for the most part won't be able to handle the 255 mod limit without frame rate drops and crashes. If you don't have at least 8GB RAM, I recommend you enable no more than 100 mod plugins or your performance will suffer. If it's a 1050 Ti and 16GB of RAM, you should be able to handle hundreds of mods with no problem.

On a toaster... its not how many mods you have its what you have installed.

My self uses one Gtx 1050 x Ti 4g and 16 gig ram, run whit 220+ mods and 60 fps, but no Enb.
Whit your 1060 6G you should have no issues at all.
