Companions questline "FIX"
WARNING: The following post contains spoilers to the Companions questline, so don't read further, unless you're stuck and cannot follow to Blood's Honor and the rest of the story. Also, it's not a real fix, but more like a work around to the working part for the achievement.

I finished Take Up Arms,Trouble in Skyrim, Proving Honor and The Silver Hand. Up to this point I did Initial wave of quests from the Companions. Second Wave quests (after The Silver Hand) are handed in by Aela:
  • Striking the Heart (ID: CR09)
  • Stealing Plans (ID: CR10)
  • Retrieval (ID: CR11)
You need to complete two of them to progress with the questline to Blood's Honor.
If you totally forgot about your Brothers and Sisters and went on saving Skyrim and realised you never finished this questline, nothing is lost yet.

Try to find out if you did any of the second wave quests by using the console:
getstage <ID>
Instead of "<ID>" type the ID code that I wrote above, next to the quest names, eg. getstage CR09
Do it for every quest and see what results you get. If the stage is 200, it means the quest was completed. In my case, I completed Stealing Plans, so to progress I needed to complete a second quest. I chose "Striking the Heart", I so typed in the console:

setstage CR09 10 (starts the quest)
setobjectivecompleted CR09 10 1 (finishes applied objective)
setstage CR09 20
setobjectivecompleted CR09 20 1
setstage CR09 200 (finishes quest)

At this point you should get a reward and a notification to go to the leader (Kodlak in the living quarters) for a work.

Don't bother to physically go and kill people or collect fragments, because it won't work. Also, you won't get any related responses from the involved characters.

Sadly, Kodlak still wouldn't say anything and setstage command didn't work to start "Blood's honor". You can look up here[elderscrolls.wikia.com] to read what happens in the quest. What physically you'll need is only Glenmoril Witch's Head to progress in the last quest. You can easily add it with console:

player.additem 0002996F 1

Now you can type:

completequest C04

which finishes "Blood's Honor", but will not start "Purity of Revenge". Setstage will not do it as well, so if you want to know what happens, follow this link[elderscrolls.wikia.com]. Use the command below to finish the quest:

completequest C05

Now we come to the working part, so we're ready to start the last quest, "Glory of the Dead". Type in the console:

setstage C06 10

All Companions will gather at the Skyforge to attend Kodlak's funeral. They'll say a few words and Eorlund, the blacksmith, will ask you to hand in the Fragments of Wuuthrad obtained in Purity of Revenge. You don't need to have them in the inventory, just agree you have them still and "give" them to him. He'll ask you to retrieve the last one from Kodlak's room, do as he says and follow the quest. He'll appear in the Underforge with finished Wuuthrad anyways.

During this quest you'll need to cure Kodlak of his Lycanthropy (-1 witch head) if you want to cure yourself and the rest and the Glenmoril Witches don't drop any heads, you'll have to use the command mentioned above once again.

If you have another solution or know how to access the two quests I skipped, please, let me know!

I hope, you'll find it useful :)

Using the console to "fix" quests should be a last resort. It will come back to bite you in the ass later, when it's breaking your save-game.

Reload earlier saves prior to starting the bugged quest or wait x-number of in-game days to terminate any running scripts or just do another quest inbetween.

It was my last resort. I went through the whole game meantime and it was impossible to find the save done before the bugged quest. I also waited long enough for the scripts to be terminated. ://

I hate to use console to fix quests, but in this one I didn't find any other option.

Man, you basically saved my ass. I was seriously losing my hopes to find a solution over this stuff. Using the console in this case was the only way to fix the problem. Thank you.

I know this is old now... But quick note:

I've found that if you complete the guide up until you've completed "bloods honor" via console command (your most recent command will be completequest C04). And then leave the room your in, "Purity of Revenge" started upon loading the new cell.

( I did this in the Jorrvaskr Basement, then went outside

Oh! That's good to know! :) An old thread or not, but if it keeps helping people it's always great to hear if someone finds out something new about it :)

This helped point me in the right direction. Thank you!

Just wanted to add, in case it helps anyone else:

The commands were strangely not working for me, so I ran them for the earlier "CR" quests. I found that, in my game, it was stuck on never having received the quest from Farkas to continue into the rest of the questline, so I only had to force complete that one quest:

setstage CR05 10
setstage CR05 20
setobjectivecompleted CR05 20 1
setstage CR05 200

and then I got the notification to talk to Skjor and accepted/completed the quest "Proving Honor" normally :)
