Does Argonian have any form of ears?

They do have ears, but they are external(ears holes) just like any other lizards exccept snakes.

Like I said, they have external ears, which really can't been seen in the game, just like fish gills which they have aswell :P

Yes, I have actually searched lizard's ears before you show me, so I know it is a hole.
Problem is I don't see any kind of 'hole' in Argonians.

Odds are if they actually put more time into making the Argonian textures they would've put the little earholes on like actual lizards have. But we're talking about Bethesda, they'd rather have the community fix their problems instead of fixing them day one.

TL;DR: Look for a mod that adds hi-rez/realistic Argonian textures, and if you can't find one, make it yourself.
