where can i sell jewels and gems?

im broke and full of jewels in my inventory so the logical step is selling them but i dont know where, from all the npcs that sell stuff who i know none of them seems to buy this stuff.

You'd find you get a lot more gold per gem if you used them to craft jewelry. Even more so if you enchant that jewelry too.

The transmutation spell can get you a steady supply of gold ore for this.
