Weapon speed command problem

I was fighting miraak and since he didn't want to die (stupid prick), I decided to use the console command "player.setav weaponspeedmult 100"...cause I got fed up of his idiocy. I discovered that I had to "almost" kill him multiple times until that lord decided to kill him himself.

Now I'm stuck with a hyperfast weapons. Even if I use "player.setav weaponspeedmult 1" that doesn't seem to put it to normal speed. Is there anything I can do to fix this ?

yep reload a previous save before you used that command

Try using player.forceav weaponspeedmult 1 instead.

You can use player.getav weaponspeedmult to check that the value was correctly set. If the value was changed properly, but you're still attacking quickly, try switching to a different weapon type (2H, bow, magic), or saving, restarting the game, and reloading save.

i used
player.getav weaponspeedmult
and it was set to 999.0
then i used
player.forceav weaponspeedmult 0
and then
player.setav weaponspeedmult 2

Player.setav weaponspeedmult 1.3 is good, 100 is way too fast, too fast to animate in game

I think the problem that you are having is that the default weapons speed is actually zero, not one.
The weapon swing speed actor value Is not intuitive.
