CTD with Expanded Towns and Cities Mod?

Hey, hey, hello.

Does anyone else experience CTD issues while attempting to use "Expanded Towns and Cities"? I've noticed that it simply doesn't like to cooperate with me, however I've never noticed it before (last time I used the mod was in 2015). I honestly prefer the expansive immersion of ETaC over JK's mods, however, it won't ruin my experience. When I disable ETaC everything runs smoothly and no, I don't have JK running with it, its just dl'd for now as I may switch to it to have SOMETHING to oogle towards.

I currently use NMM (I love it, if you have problems with it that is your hang up, I'm not changing, don't suggest it) and here is a list of my mods:

For me, 4K texture mods, Open Cities Skyrim and Onetweak was causing my game to crash for a while. Also, if you're framerate gets above 60 FPS, your game will crash a lot. Here's a Speed and Stability Guide: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50214

Lock your framerate at 60 FPS with Vsync or MSI Afterburner.

A CTD usually occurs when there's a mod conflict. What you should do is download LOOT then run it if it shows any errors like with any mod you need to uninstall it.

Figured it out, thanks dudes for the tips! Except Lothic, you were no help whatsoever! ^_^

Stability and memory boosting mods are a must, thats for sure.
