Invisible Margret

Any one come across this ?, when i first go into Markath the Forsworn goes up behind someone you can't see, because no one is there, he grabs and stabs them then comes under attack from the guards, i go up to where it happened, there's no body on the ground but then Margret comes running up and talks to you, think it must be a mod causing it, but the only one i haven't played with before is the Helmsyrr Village, i have never come across this happening before on all my replays and i have done a lot of them.

Unsubscibed from Helmsyrr Village and did a trip to Markarth and everything was back to normal, poor Margret, though i did save her, glad i could help myself.
