[SOLVED BY MYSELF] Remove on screen effects when shouting

I am trying to make a screenshot while shoutin Fus Ro Dah, but it has this annoying on screen effect that makes the screenshot look blurry, so does anyone know how to remove this effect? Using mods or commands
