Console command or glitch to get breezehome before quest?

I want to get breezehome, but don't want to do the main quest right now. Is there a command or glitch to get it without having to start the main quest/becoming thane?

Nothing that wouldn't break the quest.

There are other homes you can get easily enough, like the one in Riften. Bring 10 Firesalts to the blacksmith, 5 Ice Wraith Teeth to the food merchant, a health potion for the Argonian at the fishery, give the beggars coins, and retrieve the sword for the Jarl's son.
Once you wipe out the drug dealers and help at least 3 people, you get the option to buy the house without also having to help anyone extra. Helping more of them speeds things along because the game has to run through those options to see which ones it wants to dump on you.

Or you can just setstage freeformriftenthanequest 20 once you've dealt with the Cragslist Operation. You still have to buy the house for some reason.

Alternatively, you can get Proudspire without having to pay for it. Clear out Wolfskull cave, place the horn at the shrine for Elisif, and when she offers you the thane quest, setstage favor252 20 and you get the house and Jordis for free.

With console commands, you'd have to add jarl Balgruuf to the faction Favor253QuestGiverFaction, then change locations until quest favor253 is running, then setstage favor253 xxx should be possible.
