Question regarding legacy of dragónborn (cards)

What are the cards made for?
I cant find any displays to show them and when i use the automatic sorting, in the library, they dont do anything.
Any clue? Thanks

Thanks but why they dont get auto sorted?

You need to collect a complete deck 2 to ace of each type then activate one card in your inventory and they will become a deck and give you a bonus.

As linked above the complete deck of shadows or arms or whatever goes in the display case in the hall of odditys

Also there is a dunmer that trades ( swaps ) cards in the new gnisis cornerclub in windhelm.
