An issue regarding EnB in game

As I just had extracted it to my enb files and everything into skyrim. (Currently using Rudy Enb.) I launch skyrim with especially all of my mods in it, as I started a new game, I realised my ENB isnt loaded.

From what I've check in the EnBSeries menu, it shows a red column with a sign saying "Some changes require reloading (Apply button)". (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1358531475) I've tried multiple times clicking on loading configuration, then applying it or just applying it multiple times, still no changes and it remains the same. (Google is useless as always, I've check and tried almost everything to no avail).

I'm really frustrated by this, are there any solution to this problem? I just had to reinstall all the skyrim mods because of some nexus update that just deactivated all my skyrim mods and I really don't wanna go back to step one all over again.

Unfortunately, I've already tried all the solutions found in the guide, it still doesn't seem to work, I just wanna play skyrim with my EnB Preset, but I keep getting stuck with the red column with "Some changes require require reloading" error. Are there anymore solutions, please? I just really wanna beat skyrim for just once.
