Carlotta Valentia nowhere to be seen!

I decided to sell all my cheese wheels, cause I'm sick of carrying them around, and I don't want to eat them for nothing. I went to Carlotta Valentia's stall, and she isn't there. It's 9 am and pretty much every other merchant is at their shop/stall. Her daughter is there, standing behind (and slightly to the side of) the stall.

I waited for 1 hour at a time, until it was night time, and she never turned up (and her daughter just stood there the whole time). I tried walking away, then waiting once until the middle of the day, still nothing. Tried fast traveling out of Whiterun and back, nothing. Tried walking out through the gate and walking back in, also nothing.

Went to her house and lockpicked the door, she wasn't there. Ran around the whole town a bunch of times, couldn't find her.

I even teleported to the cleanup cell, and she wasn't there either. What the actual hell?

So far throughout the entire game, there was not a single dragon attack on Whiterun.

I have been having issues, where when I walk out of Dragonsreach, the screen goes black after it loads. Sounds play, but I can't pause the game, or do anything (when I press the respective buttons, no sounds for those things play). And I have to force close Skyrim through the Task Manager. Though when I load back in, the most recent auto save is always where I spawned when walking out of Dragonsreach, and I load in and play no problem.

How can I spawn her in, and what the hell has happened to her? This has only ever happened to Belethor, years ago, and I could never get him to go back into his shop, so I gave up on that campaign.

Got her back, but she's just standing in one place.

I went into the Bannered Mare, and back out. She's gone again, and her daughter is also still standing at the stall.

I tried "resetactor" but that just makes her disappear, and she never comes back (unless I bring her back). Also tried it on her daughter, she also doesn't come back. Did the same with other merchants, they all come back.

Btw you can do nice food on it that gives you buff whit magic.

I went back to a previous save (before going to Whiterun and discovering her missing). Used player.moveto to go to her, and she is standing right in front of the door, inside the Bannered Mare. She's just standing there just like when I teleported her to me. What do I do? Is she beyond saving?

Do I just wait for nighttime, tp her to the woods, kill her, install the mod for killing kids, murder her daughter. And then pretend as if they never existed? Eventually Whiterun won't be my main city, and I'll constantly be coming back to some other hold or town (like Winterhold, once I start attending the college there). So I don't really care, especially since I never really sold/bought stuff from her, but it is super annoying that she's just broken.

Worst case scenario, I'll just remove her house, stall, her and her daughter. And shove something in from a mod in their place.

Got it fixed!

Did "recycleactor", went to her at her house, smacked her in the knee with an arrow. Got a 40 gold bounty but she woke the ♥♥♥♥ up. Luckily didn't attack me and went passive straight away. She started walking and going to the stall, and I could buy stuff from her again.

I noticed that when I wait, she doesn't change position, as if she was on the same plane of existance as my character. Did "resetai" and she's working perfectly now (except for trying to run into the wall while looking at me, when I exited her house).

Her daughter started not appearing, but I just went to her, and she started working too.

Just noticed she and her daughter are at the stall all the time, just starring at eachother. Needed to feed her another arrow. Needed to pay a fine this time. Guess it's gonna be like an oldschool way of training animals, or teaching kids. If she starts acting weird, I just beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of her.
