Missing Textures and Instant Crashes

This is one of the four weird bugs that I have found, and I've tried everything, I got LOOT, TE5Edit, Wrye Bash, and I've cleaned my master files and set my load order, and I haven't found a solution at all to problems when I post on here, Yes, I know Skyrim is an old game, and it has problems, I have the Unofficial Patches to fix some of those. All I want is to play Skyrim modded, but it keeps showing pink, yellow, textures on everything and it frame drops and lags too and then it crashes a whole lot, i don't know what else to do, I've been trying to see on here to get help, but none worked. I need some help.
