best way to fix the random CTD and missing Meshes or Texture
1. uninstall all mods (with the exception of the Unofficial Skyrim Legiondary Patch (USLEEP)
2. use File Cache Verify in Steam to fix the missing core files.( you may want to backup your cleaned copies of the DLC Files before you do this and restore them after.)
3. check your game after this if you can load up and get the game running and your character can roam with out the game CTDing you to a good start
4. add one mod back at a time ( i would suggest going to the mods page and reading the install requirements (some mods require other mods or patches)
5. check your game again if problems arise run TES5Edit and check to see if there are any missing masters (this could also include esp from other mods.)
repeat step 4 and 5 until you get all your mods reinstall and your game running stable.
another thing I would suggest is to watch Gophers Video Series on Modding Skyrim on YouTube.

And still getting the "run as administrator" messages? Try disabling any virus protection too. There's probably a way to disable security protection in Windows 10 (if that's your operating system) for the Skyrim game folder but I'm not sure how to do that. I installed my Steam directory out of the Program Files(x86) folder so I wouldn't have those frustrating security issues.
I dont use NMM for Skyrim- I'm using Mod Organizer- but if this picture actually represents the load order upside down I believe the patches should be ordered, looking at them right side up, as:
unofficial skyrim patch
unofficial dawnguard patch
unofficial hearthfires patch
unofficial dragonborn patch
You should probably replace the above patches with USLEEP: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71214/?tab=files
unofficial high resolution patch (and you have the High Res pack installed correct?)
You might need to order the above files in the Steam Skyrim Launcher.
