storm thrall bug
it just summons atronachs, I cannot find any mods that patch it.

it's not a thrall, it doesn't have regeneration or any of the stat increases of a thrall, but still costs the same time and magicka of a thrall

Oooh in uesp it's also listed as a bug with no listed suggestions of how to fix
