From the wiki:
Iona is a Nord housecarl in The Rift. She is appointed Housecarl of the Dragonborn when they become Thane of the Rift. She waits for the Dragonborn at Honeyside. She does not exist in-game until this happens.

dude it's a virtual character who cares i only marry people so they wont die when i make them follow me and i only make them follow me so they can hold my loot
