I CAN'T DECORATE HJERIM

Hi guys, first of all i didnt complete "Blood on The Ice" cuz its too buggy i cant even start it so i bought the house by use code setstage 000a7b 10 like that then it worked but i cant decorate my house now. Any help?

You will not be able to as you did not complete Blood On the Ice.

Suggest you go back to a save made prior to using the command, and then see this for info on doing the Blood on the Ice quest:

Bro i did all ♥♥♥♥ that written here for 1243154325 times but I could not start the mission cuz of Nilsine. Yea i killed her in DB quest so Tova killed herself, then all things screwed up.

Your options then, unfortunately, are very limited. If you have a save from before you killed Nilsine, you can go back to that and then first complete Blood on the Ice before anything else.
(Also, it should be noted that that particular bug has been fixed by the Unofficial patch: Unofficial Skyrim Patch - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19 )

Another thing of note, without mods, you cannot buy Hjerim until you do the Civil War quest line - another bugfest. To avoid that issue, use this mod:
Neutral Hjerim - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12558

Regardless, I would definitely recommend that you go back to a save made before you used that console command, as it may have other negative and unforeseen consequences on your game down the road.

I completed the Civil War quest line with Stormcloaks, so i dont need that Neutral Hjerim i think but patch might be work so im gonna try this, thank you man.
