Argonian eye clipping issue

Jaree-Ra in Solitude has this problem,

that looks like he has no eyes.

Of course, as all the rest of Bethesda games' bug, it's not always happening. It happens when Jaree-Ra looks at certain way. (looking left or right and such)

When I use toggle free camera and look through his eyeholes, I got this.

His eyes are simply misplaced.

I do not use any mod that changes Argonian's eye, or mesh. So it's purely game's bug.

I've already look through google and nexus to find anything that fix this, but none can be found.

What causes this, and how do I fix this?
