Is there a mod that allows you to feed in combat?

Only the NPC's can bite you in combat to feed. Your not a NPC, so you don't get to...

I found a fourm with a question on how to feed on people when they sleep, says you go up to them for pick pocket, select to do so, and it should give you two choices, pick pocket or feed. This is claimed to work for people when sleeping. So you may want to check in this by saving a game and see if it can work in any function such as sneaking behind someone while they are walking or something, even in combat by striking a hard blow the temporay causes your enemy to stall.

Dosen't say anything about having to have the Dawn Guard DLC

I am just taking a shot in the dark with some info for just in case, it is up to you to decide to experiment how far you can do this. And Jjp7123 gave you a link for it.

Me personaly, I get cured every time I get Vampiersem. I do not even wait. I do not want it..
I didn't go for it in Oblivion, and not doing it in SkyRim either..

You have to wait until your enemies are low on health and on their knees, then you can combat bite.
