Invisible Sabre Cats
Started a new game with a new character. Walking through the wilds, being attacked by unseen sabre cats. I don't know whats happening until the beast is munching on my spleen. My followers kill it. Sometimes I can find the corpse, sometimes not. Never had this problem. Any thoughts?

I have many mods, none have to do with animals. I deselected about 20 mods, making them inactive. It might be a lingering partial script from a deleted mod or something.

Its one of "those" gliches. The iconic Bethesda bugs. You can compleatly uninstall skyrim (deleating all of the files manualy and then uninstalling it from steam), reinstall it and still get invisible sabercats. The game is brand new (in terms of installing it) and this still happens. Currently nobody knows how to fix it.

if you just remove the game files it is not brand new, you need to delete the files in the personal folder too.

personally I never heard that a complete clean install of skyrim solved not the problem the game initial had.
