There's really isn't anything in game to drive you to sleep or eat, so iNeed is needed for that.
You can also use Wet & Cold so you have need to use a cloak and other things to keep you warm and the NPCs will reflect that with the mod. Cloaks of Skyrim & Winter is Coming are two good cloak mods for that.
It also matter if you have all the DLCs or not. A lot of mods require that, including the Unofficial Legendary Edition Patch which is a Must for fixing bugs the devs left in.
