Skyrim CTD became really annoying
I really don't know why but my skyrim crashes to desktop too much. I tried everything but couldn't fix. I mostly crashes when I open map.

Do you use the NVidia Ansel overlay? If so open Nvidia Experience and in settings, choose to turn it off. Some games crash because of it.
I don't remember if it causes Skyrim to crash or not.

For sure, you have a mod order conflict and/or a priority conflict

I hate to say ti, but this is Skyrim. CTD's are what you have to deal with when you play it. I'm sure we all have dealt with it.

Make sure your monitor is set to 60Hz or under, this is often an issue for many people.

The next step would be to check the load order of any mods you have installed, and also use tes5edit to check for any mod conflicts.

Also make sure to investigate this as it might give you the answer;
