Converting SE armors to oldrim

It's late and tomorrow is Friday, I'm lazy, too lazy right now to use google, so:
- Will the armor physics work from SE in oldrim and/or is there a way to convert it to oldrim
- As far as I remember there should not be a problem with "standard" armors with just *.esp converted to oldrim, am I correct?

Mods I want to add and/or convert from SE to oldrim are DeserterX armors.

quick edit: I do not care about any scripts or getting the books and crafting(scripts etc), I just want sweet Nexus endorsments on my screenshots as I require some attention

I have never heard anyone say you can port SSE mods back to classic Skyrim. All I have heard is no you can't.

AFAIK you can't backwards-port, but Gwelda Witch is available as an Oldrim mod as part of "Gwelda Armor Pack UNP". A few other body types for this are available in separate mods.

Cassandra is not available (SSE only), but the Hermaeus Mora Priestess Armor is pretty close. (Note: this one only works with CNHF2.5, UNP/B, or Vanilla body textures

Edit: Read the mod pages carefully. There are many installation mistakes you can make with DeserterX armors.

There is a way of reverse converting some SE mods, but it's convoluted and I have only heard of it once.

Why not just play it in Special edition .. especially as you are too lazy to do any work!

1. SE does not as good as oldrim, mainly because of ENB.
2. I will not install over 500 mods all over again and troubleshoot for Talos knows how long to make some lawl screenshots for endorsments on Nexus.
3. Oldrim>SE, fight me

Sometimes, that's the best way, because then you get exactly what you want, as opposed to someone else's idea of what looks good. Good luck it you do take that route!

Yup. Sadly learning something like Blender is painful for me.
