LOTD - The Excavation of Windcaller Pass - Problem/Glitch/Bug???

I am having a problem with this quest for the last 4 days.

After fighting the Dragons, there was no "chest in the middle by the tree". Also I do not know how to "Activate Cold Forge", tried cold spell.

I thought I missed something, so went back several times, timespan, several days later, several times.
Finally got online, read I was missed finding the Windcaller Ring and Jade Claw. Ran back "all over", found nothing. So I used console command for the ring and Jade claw. Went to Marassi, no response. Several times, left the site, did a few quests came back. With each return and time, no response, except Latoria and Ruined Books. Everyones topic is about dragons.

My load order (plug-ins): I am using "VORTEX".

I would like to bypass and change the stage to:
62- Show Marassi the windcaller relics

May sound stupid, but if someone could just tell me what to type to bypass, then I would be, where I believe, I should be in the quest.

Checked on Manage Rules and Conflicts. None

I am not a modder, so I do not know very much at all. Learning as I go.

Any help is very appreciated.

I gave up. Used console command to end quest. Whether it is correct or not, the only thing I can think of that may have glitched the quest was, i used console command to get the Jade claw. after finding I needed it, but there was no chest after fighting the dragons. Then instead of going back to the group, I used the claw to open the door. But anyway, I just used console command to end the quest. Whether this breaks the Guild, I do not know. They are all still standing at the entrance to Windcaller Pass.

The small chest is on the small mound, next to the tree. The ring is on the table, in a lock box, in a room on the left as you enter the South entrance from the midway point.

In case anyone else has this problem. If the chest has not spawned yet, and you have killed the two dragons. Leave the cell, type "SETSTAGE DBM_EXCAVATION01 47" into the command module and the chest will have spawned.
