Game Crashes when I enter my house

Hey, so about an hour ago I went into my player home directly after my steward Sven. When I got in I saw sven at the other side of the entry way and he opened another door and faded out like usual. Only problem is, there isn't a door there that would do that. Only thing I can think of is that he tried to open the original door that was there when the house was half built that would lead you outside back to skyrim. Anyhow, after he opened this "door" he faded back in behind me by the actual door to the house. Immediately after the game crashed. So this kept happening. I managed to get out of the house before he opened that door and my game didn't crash. So I went and finished a bunch of other missions came home to store my loot and this happened again. Sven is outside this time but the same crash sort of thing is happening. Anyone have any help for this. I am playing stock skyrim with all the DLC's. No mods, or anything funky going on.

Go to your games list, then right click on skyrim, then properties, local files, then scan integrity. It should scan and replace whatever corrupt files you have. I just ran into this problem and it's working fine again.

I had the same problem when i entered my house in windhelm it got stuck on the loading screen .
The reason for this was because i stored items inside the chest before cleaning the house from the murder so the chest couldn't get deleted because of the items inside, atleast thats what i think the reason is so to fix it just reload a safe before putting the items inside the chest and then make sure to first clean the house.
