Heavy armor wont level

After reading Oghma Infinium I cant raise my Heavy armor skill. Not even via console or trainers. Is this common bug, or fixable by mod?

Reload a save from before you read it and see if that helps.

My save before this is like 10 level back,and a bunch of quest, to redone...

I hate to ask but your heavy armor skill is not 100 right?
There should be no way the console fails to level it; what was the command you entered and what did it say?

player.IncPCS didnt work, but i found another one : AdvSkill and after using this once : player.AdvSkill heavyarnor 1 id added me 4 point , I was at 62 and after this command miracle happend, my skill is 66...

Go and stand in front of a frost troll for 10 minutes and only use heal spell on yourself whilst wearing only your heavy armor.
If that doesn't raise your heavy armor skill by a level. Then you have borked your game by using console commands.
