Galmar hostile

I just finished the battle for whiterun and i went to the falkreath camp to continue the war but everytime i go there Galmar is hostile and attacks me.
is there a way to fix this?

My "go to" for randomly hostile people is to punch a guard then surrender and go to jail (maybe you could just pay the fine but I'm usually being chased by the person so I figure it's probably best to go to a different cell while the AI does it's thing. No idea if there is any merit to that.)

So far, when I get back the hostile person has been reset and is fine.

You probably accidently hit a Stormcloak or two, either stay away for a while, or commit a crime so a guard arrests you (or at least you get the dialogue options, don't use any that avoid paying the bounty, since that doesn't reset the problem)

hmm I did way back when i was getting the jagged crown have the dawnbreaker so I oneshotted the poor guy. But it took till now for him to become hostile?
