Again... Game crashes when entering in Bleak Falls Barrow Temple

First of all. I know that there are a lot of topics about this problem, but I've tried everything to fix the problem except for unistalling Skyrim with all the mods but I really wouldn't like to do it.
The problem is always the same, when I arrive at the door and press "E" to enter, after a few seconds of loading screen the game crashes, EVERY TIME
I'm already using LOOT to fix the problem but it didn't work

could you please post the load order in a meaningful and sorted way?

because some parts are doubled within post #1 and #2

and afaik the mod index number is always sorted, not so in your case

The most common issue when you go to one new location as you do when you open one door is that you may have 2 mods that conflicts at the same place, or you have wrong meshes.

Download loot and let it sort and give us the reported loadorder.
