Weapon speed enchantments?

anyone know any mods that add an enchantment where you can swing your weapon faster

Can't think of an enchantment, but I know a different mod that can. Skytweak allows you to edit almost everything in Skyrim including weapon speed:

I think Wintermyst adds an enchantment that changes weapon speed. Could be wrong though: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/58635/

nah wintermyst has mostly useless enchantments

I disagree. The enchantments in that mod are overpowered as hell. Still Skytweak will allow you to control your weapon speed.

Not sure. I think it affects everyone. Never changed the weapon speed.
