Good rebalancing mods?
Premise: I am a level 27 character, with 260 HP and 142 armor points. I fight a regular level 5 Bandit Outlaw, and get hit with his mace, and take less than 10% damage from an unblocked power attack from him with max health. I fight a level 28 Bandit Chief, and one power attack from her with my max health reduces me to less than 10% health!

WHO MAKES THIS CRAP?!

Seriously, is there a good mod that rebalances the enemies? Makes the weak ones tougher and the tough ones weaker?

what difficulty? also Bandit Chiefs are supposed to be like mini bosses, they are way tougher than the normal bandit scrubs!

Also ninety percent is more than mini boss level.

uh well it's supposed to be that way. normal enemies (that should be tougher) and a really though boss at the end. i'd keep the boss though and make the normal ones stronger
