Sheogorath attacks me outside of Solitude and Hircine outside of Whiterun?

Hey so when i go down the tower in solitude tot he docks in the entrance is sheogorath and he just attacks me and one shots me all the time i cant kill him hes very OP and im not sure why hes there same for hircine. Probably some mods but not sure which?

Activate god mode and head over to Solitude. When he attacks you open the console and then click on him. You should get either a six digit or an eight digit number appear (I forget which). The first two digits of that number is the load order for your mods. So for example if you just have Skyrim and the three official DLCs and they're in the right load order then your load order would look like this:

An if you went to Tel Mithra and clicked on Neloth his code should be 04xxxxxx, which would mean the last mod that alters/places him in the game is the fourth one in that list above.

MFG Console makes mod interference much easier to identify; if a mod is playing with him, it'll mention the actual plugin name down the lower right.

If you did the Blue Palace mission by going into th Pelagius Wing, you can always hit him with the Wabbajack...LOL

My mod list anyone can find some conflicts in it that may cause freezes and ctds? sometimes i freeze or ctd near solitude docks. (the mods without numbers to the left are disabled plugins which caused me to ctd near riverwood.)
