Had it for months and couldn't figure out what was happening. I thought it was my antivirus interfering with my ENB because it was crashing erratically when loading my saves.
The Footik issue occurs when the game's trying to apply too many animations to too many actors loaded up at once. It's known to only happen on the initial load, so if you load into qasmoke first then reload your regular save normally, it should work. For me, the load crash was completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ random, but depending on extraneous variables, it may be prone to crashing more often with higher amounts of actors, animations, wider spaces, etc...
2 solutions.
A. Reduce the amount of animations that FNIS is loading (SL/0sex will will probably have to go, if you have them. Forgive me but I didn't check the pastebin).
B. Easier solution: Install this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78557/? and see if loading up your regular post-Helgen save works. All it's doing is briefly starting a new character at level 1 and loading them up in a custom cell with nothing around, then loading your regular save after the initial load into the custom cell. It's a small mod but it makes the qasmoke ritual more bearable.
If this doesn't solve your problem, it's not Footik - I just wanted to let you know. A staggering amount of people don't know how to solve this problem; it's been around since forever and a remarkable amount of knowledge on it is quite well hidden.
Most of the legwork for the issue was done on LL, obviously.
LL anims mods could be a very likely source as they are quite common in running multiples.. Any of the NPC drive ones.. Attacks on NPC.
Sexy Move is known to be a hog on resources and scanning.. I eleminated a lot of issues in scan hangs etc by having it installed but deactivated..
