Report a translation problem
It's only a skeleton-changing mod.
This is what i see.
Thing is that you might have a resource priority issue, which is different from load order issu. In resource priority, XPMSE needs to win ALL conflicts against other mods.
Nexus Mod Manager: Reinstall XPMSE. Say "Yes to All" when it asks about overwriting files. Do not ever allow any other mod to overwrite files from XPMSE.
Mod Organizer: Just move XPMSE last full mod folder in your left panel resource priority list. Keep it there and do allow any other mod to win conflicts against it.
Note that XPMSE just got updated today to version 3.92.
