HELP BUGS WITH DISTANCE AND LODS! :(

Right first of all if you're reading thanks for helping out. So to the problem I am semi-familiar with modding skyrim I started modding skyrim this time last year and now I have a pretty solid knowledge of modding however before christmas day this year my computer wasn't powerful enough for ENB's and other graphical mods so I have almost no knowledge in this field of modding, after I upgraded my pc I decided to make Skyrim look awesome! So I used the "Ultimate Skyrim Modding Guide - Graphics Mods" page on the nexus to guide me and earlier today I finished installing all the mods and everything to make Skyrim stable however due to my lack of knowledge in graphical mods for Skyrim I have run into some issues they aren't game breaking they just really irritate me so I took some screenshots and came here for help.

First of all many of my issues seem to be in the distance when looking over Skyrim however there are some anomalies.

First Issue: There seems to be a strange Brown texture for the ground in the distance and its irritating. My rivers are also Bright Blue in the distance and it looks like plastic.

Second Issue: I seem to be having issues with my trees; Sometimes the 2D Billboard images meant for trees in the distance still appear for my trees even when I get close to them also sometimes trees only just appear when im very close to them (I dont have a screenshot for the appearing trees only when im very close)

Third Issue: I dont know what happened here but I used the console command tfc to take screenshots for the first issue and I noticed this in the corner of the screen and I decided to take a picture as it looked serious.

Fourth and Final Issue: These are just texture issues on items which arent as irritating which is why I decided not to take a screenshot but I can take one if you want, anyway some objects have strange textures like the plates are partially black and craftable locks from hearthfires have sky textures (this one is kinda hilarious but its weird too) also my loading screens although they dont last long are very bright and have a slightly orange colour around the sides.

Looks like you are using Mod Organizer. Is your first list your left panel resource priority list? I am asking, because it is not sorted properly. It should match to your load order, when possible. Game expect that content from BSA files are loaded with ESP and ESM files. Plugin records expect the same.

For example, in this list ASLAL is at the opposite side of your resource priorities than your load order. It should have a high resource priority number, as it has high mod index number in your load order.
