Can't upgrade some bows at the grindstone.

All game I have been able to upgrade bows, though all my bows I have used up until this point have been from a mod "Unique Bows Collection", now I want to switch and start upgrading my daedric bow but it doesn't even show up in the grindstone menu, so i tried to use the dragonbone bow, same result, couldn't upgrade that either.

I have every perk in the smithing tree and I also have the unofficial skyrim patch,along with dragonborn and dawnguard DLC with their unofficial patches as well, I tried verifying my game cache as well which didn't do anything, starting to get a little frustrated because i want a more powerful bow than what I have but I can't get one because they won't upgrade :s

If anyone knows why this is happening let me know :) The bows aren't even showing up in the grindstone menu, and yes, i am using the grindstone and not the table used for armor :P

A 60 damage bow at lvl 40 doesn't do a huge amount of damage on legendary.

Have you sorted your load order with LOOT? Is tempering bows broken on a new game as well?

I have run LOOT about 3 times just to make sure and i just tried to improve the bow in a new save and still the same thing happens. :/

Loot does misplace some mods (it is still the best option for most of them though), but you will need to post your load order for others to spot them and help. Good luck.

Ok, so it is game/mod related and not save related. What mod management tool do you use, could be a mod installation order issue? Post your load order please, in LOOT upper right click on the three dots and choose copy load order then paste it here.

I just cleaned both dawnguard and dragonborn.esm's and also changed it so only one faster arrows esp was active, still the same result.

Yep, left pane needs to be manually sorted to match your LOOTed right pane. When you install a mod with MO you are only installing that mod into MO. The mod gets installed into the game when checked in the left pane and the game is started through MO.
