Spectral Arrows Randomly Spawn on Character

After some 6 months of not playing Skyrim, I finally managed to get a good enough computer to get back into it. I reinstalled all of my previous mods (plus a few new ones) and began to play again. I'm using the Alternate Start mod and began near Riften. When I walked in and went to the blacksmithing workbench, the camera went to third person and I saw these spectral looking elven arrows on my character's back. They didn't show up in my inventory and I couldn't unequip them unless using console (which just deleted all of my items in my inventory) or equipping different arrows. But doing the latter made them return just minutes later for no reason. I was walking in third person and watched them just randomly spawn on me. Now, I've actually had this issue before and I think there was a console command or something that fixed it. Only, when I Google my issue, nothing is coming up describing what I'm having. Mostly what I'll get is arrows stuck in a character's body for long periods of time or something. I'm fairly certain this has something to do with Skyrim Redone, but I'm open to the possibility to another mod being at fault. It's nothing game breaking, but it's highly annoying to see these partly transparent purple elven arrows on the back of my warrior and clipping through my armor and weapon. Any help would be great.

Edit: A screenshot of what's happening. It's not of my character, but it's the same problem and also is happening in Riften. The person who took this screenshot claims to have only a body mod installed, so maybe Skyre isn't at fault, but still don't have a fix.

Edit3: I think I found the fix. I'll post what I found here for anyone else having the same issue or in case I need to find it again in the future. I was leaving the Riften jail and those stupid arrows reequipped themselves again. I spotted Maven and this bow she had that apparently was added by Skyre. It triggered a memory since I remember my problem had something to do with her bow. I used console to open her inventory and found her bow was called Solonor. I removed it from her inventory, deleted it from existence, because that's what I faintly remember doing. It didn't make my arrows go away, but then I had an idea. I opened my own inventory through console and the very last item that showed up was Solonor Shots. Bingo. I removed them and the arrows went away. It seems that her bow, for whatever reason, equips you with its ammo. Not sure how or why, but it looks like Maven's bow is the cause. I'll do further testing but I think that's what the problem was.
