Can't equip any Jewellery

Literally won't let me equip any necklace/ring at all, tried force equip through console and still didn't work, tried disabling every mod and still nothing, can only load back to a very far load where it works, can anyone help?
I also have this weird passive under passive effects called "JFLXE" no clue what it does.

Delete the folders inside the Data folder, then re-verify Skyrim again on Steam, so it'll redownload the files again. Usually, there are files that needs to be clean, deleted, like add-ons to have the game "clean".

Not the Data folder, just the folders in it. You probably have some leftover mods that didn't got removed properly.

Do you know where the mods & save files are stored? I think I'll try a complete reinstallation and then just add the mods and save files back. Think that would work?

I reinstalled the game, copied over the mods and the saves and still can't equip jewellery...
