Saddle bags - How get?

I think I just got convenient horses mod but no saddle bags. checked stable, general store and tried forge - no saddle bags. How do you get them?

I got it in steam workshop. I went to Powers and its there with configuration menu but can't access configuration menu

it just equips. assuming it would have saddle bag when bought. should I unclick it in data files since it doesn't seem to work? stable NPC will sell horn so it seems active.

The saddle bags are cosmetic. It comes with different horse gear in Convenient Horses. You can use your horse as a container either way.

Hmm, while dismounted I double tapped E and opened the horse inventory! Hurray! still can't access configuration menu in powers yet, though. have game saved before subscribing but think I will try it this way...just wanted the extra carry for cleaning out dungeons.

I got it! Equip the conv horse power, Tab out THEN hit Z just as using Shout
