Serana is asking me "Yes, what did you need?" every 3 seconds.
Is this a bug?

Serana is one of the most poverful followers you can have and she is riddled whit bugs.

You need to tell us if you have any mods that change her.

none that changes NPCs

Climates of tamriel
Forgotten magic
Immersive Armor/weapons
saturation boost

Non of those do change her, that line do she says when she is near you. Simply ignore it.

I've been using this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52283/? and I don't hear her saying it as much, dunno if it's a placebo or an actual effect of the mod, but...

Honestly they aren't that bad. Just Sprint at them and your character will literally knock them out of the way and you can usually get passed them. (Aela goes what the! And Serana is like hmp! How rude!).

And Op, she does that I guess. A lot of them tend to, especially if you are just standing in range of them afk from the keyboard, maybe she's being snarky and hates it when you just stand there.

Y'saying there's no fun in watching a single summoned weakling just destroy the average Bandit? With Ordinator you can have more fun by summing a Convoy of Oblivion made up of Dremora.

Plus Followers just tend to get in the way with stupid walking AI, with Summoned Daedra you can just resummon them at the right spot.
Lets agree to that we think different about what is fun.
